TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Gentleman’s Division website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy Statement regarding personal information provided by you.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

BUYING PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE

By placing an order with the GENTLEMAN’S DIVISION WEB STORE you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at shop@gentlemansdivision.com before placing your order with us.

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.

PRICES AND VAT

All prices on the GENTLEMAN’S DIVISION  WEB STORE are given in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are shown inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 20% but exclusive of delivery costs.

Please note GENTLEMAN’S DIVISION  has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. Please see the SHOPPING GUIDE for current delivery costs and delivery times and customes/duty information.

You must pay at the time of the order. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any product before you place an order. We will inform you if a product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order.

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note that all sales of Sale items (those displaying a reduced price) are final. No exchange, credit note or refund will be offered against Sale purchases and the conditions set out below will not apply.

If you would like to return an item please notify us via email to shop@gentlemansdivision.com

Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer and are being returned for a monetary refund not exchanged goods or a credit note will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded. Please be aware of our shipping costs here. If you are unhappy with our products in any way, they can be returned or exchanged provided that they are in unused condition and have all tags in place. YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR AUTHORISATION BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS.

Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. Please note that return postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.

If you wish to return your item and receive a full refund items need to posted/couriered back to us within 7 days of being received by you. If you return the product any later than the 7 day time slot, you will have up to 14 days (an extra 7 days) from the date of you receiving the goods in which to be issued with a GENTLEMAN’S DIVISION Credit Note to the value of the item at the time of purchase. GENTLEMAN’S DIVISION credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed on the GENTLEMAN’S DIVISION web store or in the GENTLEMAN’S DIVISION store. If you want to purchase from the site with your Credit Note please contact us before making your purchase at shop@gentlemansdivision.com.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you, we at GENTLEMAN’S DIVISION take every effort to check your purchase thouroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting webstore@goodhood.co.uk about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you.

In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your Paypal account to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Please note that refunds onto Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations.

Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EC).

We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and/or tags removed. Please be aware that shoes must be returned with their original packaging. Shoes returned without their original boxes cannot be accepted.

Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been delivered with no tags, you should notify us by email on the same day. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

ACCURACY OF CONTENT

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to GENTLEMAN’S DIVISION LTD. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of GENTLEMAN’S DIVISION LTD. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.
